1. To file a bond n supreme surrogate courts and that the courts be held in civil rights uncorrected bias contempt and default proceedings for my " religious betters" as refused twice to proceed with fee waiver;
2. Suspend, modify, revoke letters of administration and remove guardianship as not needed: that I be provided with constitutionally enforcing agencies is accounting, real property, personal, and financial matters;
3. That this is also a motion to vacate default judgments in both surrogate and supreme court cases;
4. To request a stay on distribution of funds and letters of administration while court considers these requests, motions and notices;
I will provide, within 2 weeks unless obstructed and at a reasonable time application:
